Billy attended the University of Georgia, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Social Sciences and Education. In 2024, Billy graduated cum laude from Faulkner University Jones School of Law. While in law school, Billy served in the school’s elder law clinic, which provided legal services for elderly and veterans in need. He also participated in various organizations, like the Christian Legal Society, and earned the Cali award for achieving the highest grade in Federal Courts.
In his free time, Billy enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, cycling, hiking, and traveling to new places.
