Catherine Hare is an associate at Smith, Welch, Webb & White, where her practice currently encompasses employment law, school board representation, and civil litigation matters. In 2025, Catherine received her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law and received an advanced legal writing certificate upon graduation. In law school, Catherine interned with the Northern District of Georgia with the Honorable Catherine M. Salinas and completed an Externship with the House Judiciary Committee for the Georgia House of Representatives.
In 2022, Catherine graduated cum laude from Furman University with a B.A. in Business Administration. In her free time, Catherine enjoys reading books, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors.
