Morgan Thomas is originally from Cumming, Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, from Georgia Southern University. Ms. Thomas went on to attend law school at the University of Georgia School of Law. During her time at the University of Georgia School of Law. Ms. Thomas served as the Editor in Chief of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Following graduation, Ms. Thomas obtained her North Carolina bar license and practiced family law for two years before relocating back to Georgia. Following her return to Georgia, Ms. Thomas practiced Education Law in Macon.
Ms. Thomas has been with Smith, Welch, Webb & White since January 2025. In her free time, Ms. Thomas enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Georgia Southern Eagles!
