Meet Scott

Scott manages the Barnesville office, which opened in November 2003. Scott has a very diverse practice and represents a wide variety of clients, both public and private. While his practice is diverse and multifaceted, Scott’s specialties are real estate transactions and closings (residential and commercial), civil litigation (especially property disputes), wills and estate planning, probate and administration of estates, and local government law.

Scott is married to Heather Mayfield, a teacher, and they have three children. The Mayfield’s are active in the First Baptist Church of Barnesville.
