Casey Crumbley is Of Counsel with Smith, Welch, Webb & White and a trial lawyer.  He specializes in Business Litigation, Workers’ Compensation, Alternative Dispute Resolution (“Mediation), General Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Probate, Corporate / Business Formation, Family Law, Real Estate Law / Litigation, and Social Security Disability.  

He currently serves as a Solicitor for the City of McDonough, Georgia, where he prosecutes criminal cases. In addition, he is a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, and mediates domestic, civil, workers’ compensation, business, and personal injury matters through various Court systems and via private selection across the state.  During his time at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, Casey participated in ROTC and was on the Dean’s List, and is currently a Captain in the U.S. Air Force Reserve where he serves as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate. He currently serves as a Solicitor for the City of McDonough, and City of Locust Grove, Georgia.

Casey is a native of McDonough, Georgia, works in the McDonough office of Smith, Welch, Webb, & White, LLC, and lives in Henry County with his wife and children.
