Casey C. Crumbley is a partner with Smith, Welch, Webb & White and a veteran trial lawyer. He specializes in Family Law, Estate Planning and Probate (including litigation), Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Corporate / Business Formation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation and Arbitration).
He currently serves as a Solicitor for the City of Locust Grove, Georgia, where he prosecutes criminal cases, and he previously prosecuted cases for the City of McDonough, Georgia. In addition, he is a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, and mediates domestic, civil, workers’ compensation, business, and personal injury matters through various Court systems and via private selection across the state. He is currently a Major in the Georgia Air National Guard where he serves as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate.
Casey is a native of McDonough, Georgia, and works in the McDonough office of Smith, Welch, Webb, & White, LLC.
