Richard ‘Andy’ McCall joined Smith, Welch, Webb & White, LLC in 2023. His primary areas of practice include insurance defense, personal injury, business litigation, civil litigation, municipal law, and landlord/tenant issues. Richard graduated from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1995. He went on to receive his J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 2001.
