Tiki Carangelo Awarded Butts county Chamber of Commerce Employee of the Year

April 29, 2021

The 2021 Butts County Chamber of Commerce Banquet took place at the Centeral Georgia EMC Annex on April 29, 2021. Several Smith, Welch, Webb and White employees attended as the firm sponsored two tables for the event.

Byrd Garland, Senior Partner and Manager of the Jackson office, wrote a letter of recommendation for Pre-Closer Tiki Carangelo for the Butts County Chamber of Commerce Employee of the Year. She was nominated by a local real estate agent for her excellent service and work with her. Byrd’s recommendation of Tiki was read as

“Her duties are massive as she works with every real estate file we have.   She spends a lot of time on the phone talking to real estate agents, buyers, sellers, lenders and others who may have a legitimate interest in a particular closing… she can quickly change gears and work several files at once, never missing a beat and always giving out correct information to our clients and the other members of our team…”

Tiki was joined by her husband Mike at the banquet and other staff in our Jackson office. We congratulate and acknowledge the hard work Tiki and our Jackson office provide for the Butts County community.
